We are excited to be working on a new build project for a private client, our construction for this project is Babbage construction, the site is in Bracklesham bay and benefit from direct beach access with fantastic views of the Solent towards the Isle of Wight. Aquila Property Group will be working with Babbage Construction to deliver this high specification property for our client

The design process
This house is a bespoke contemporary design in keeping with the eclectic ‘costal’ character of the area; the detached two story house has been carefully designed by Aquila taking into account the previous permissions of the site. The materials palette will include fibre cement boards to the facades with dark aluminium framed windows. The roof is a chalet style seamed zinc roof with a featured gable facing the sea and a half hipped roof to the North and East elevations.
