This Victorian, end of terrace house was located for a client wanting a property with generous outside space in the Crabtree Conservation Area, requiring development. In desperate need of modernisation, missing most of its original features but with massive potential, the possibilities were endless!
The ground floor was opened up for family living, allowing better access to the house’s unusually large garden and a bespoke home office studio was built at the end of the garden. Two bathroom en suites, a loft conversion, re-wiring and 2000l underground rain water harvesting tank ensured efficient use of the space.
Underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathrooms, complemented by a Sonos Multiroom music system throughout the house and bathrooms TVs gave this stunning home the luxurious edge its owners sought.
