Opening up this home involved taking the property down into the basement.

Elmstone road’s basement extension resulted in this vast family and media room with a ceiling height just over three meters. A Kitchen extension and modernisation of the whole house brought it back up to date. Creative use of natural light shafts, ambient and functional lighting ensure north facing and lower rooms remain well lit throughout the year.
